Thats one of the most asked question overall and heres a short breakdown what I think!
Usually EAs making these higher rated cards go up in price before any bigger promo so packs are worth something. That helps the pack sales and EA earns more in the end.
Now, I think they will go all out and turn the pack sales insane high!
Im 100% expecting TOTY Nominees back in pack + good SBCs helping the lower end!
With that said, I think the safest path on the high rated fodders are the out of pack gold card with the TOTY Nominees.

Hummels
Laporte
Marquinhos
Verratti
Bonucci
Skrinia
Gimenez (like him A LOT)
Ziyech
Tadic
Im personally just doing a club stock on them all and keeping them over TOTY. I think we can expect a solid 20-50% rise on these and this is the safest way playing around the current situation.
Im not sure if I want to wait for Thursday, I think Im going to club stock them tomorrow morning
