Market Situation

The market is slowly going up and it looks promising for this Thursday! What I noticed the most, the stuff for the Thursday Flips started to rise the faster and earlier than everything else, clearly a sign for all the trader on the market… That’s why I wanted to get in before the bigger rise and you will notice that some prices aren’t archivable anymore.

I will look through them and maybe point 1-2 cards out with potential to go higher. In general, if you see a card being up 1-2%, its not that bad but I would avoid any 5-10% jump. 

Sell window for most of the stuff is probably 12pm-3pm and 7pm-9pm on Thursday again (UK times). I prefer the 12pm-3pm just to be able to make any moves at 6pm.

Icons

Surprisingly this was one of the most asked question lately. I highly recommend buying any Icon between Monday-Wednesday, just look through the graphs and see if you can get one at a low point. 

Example: I want to get Alberto Baby and I know his price is consistent around the 1m mark. I aim for around 950k-980k for him.

If you are at like 10m+ budget, I recommend flipping Icons as the Thursday Flips. I know its very annoying buying so many 100k or less cards and it just a big mess. 

Some short tips: Look for popular Icons but still affordable for the casual player. Around the 400k-600k looks good in my opinion. Sometimes a few Icons which link to the red picks rise a bit more because people are desperate to link these into the squad and start to work around icons for the easy link. I really like buying Icons between Monday and Wednesday and selling Friday evening -> then looking for deals throughout the night with a smaller sell off. 

SBC Fodder

I personally sell early and don’t hold that long. I just decided the hold these for 1-2h the last time because of the big sell off.

It worked and then I told you to sell the stuff before everyone else. We reinvested just before the new SBCs to get another 5-10% out of them. 

If you have any fodder left, I would look to get out the next days. We are slowly facing a new buy window for the next POTMs, we could see a 2nd POTM for Vardy or a Son POTM, probably Werner POTM.

A quick reminder, POTMs are not decided by EA, just sponsored by EA. If someone deserved to win it, he will win it, its not about the Fut Cards, it’s a real award for a good player. That’s why Im not sure if Messi and Son are so likely, both played good but there were better player for the month. 

Best Of TOTW

I hate to say it but we missed the right buy window and I just don’t want to buy them anymore. These cards had such a boom and crazy rise, I don’t think the limit is that far anymore and I don’t know how much the rise will be. 

The only card I would consider buying would be Mahrez, but still kinda meh. 

High SBC Fodder Flipping

Still works and making good coins every day! 

Just works like normal flipping, you look for low points and sell at a high point. 

Use Futbin as a tool and not your market. You see some cards have prices on Futbin like 30k but you find more than 1 page for less than 26k on the market. Check the graph and if you see the card hitting 30k multiple times a day and his low point is 26k, then it’s a clear sign for buy these cards and list for 30k again. 

Example: I went in for Kane around 33-34k on Monday morning, but Futbin had him around 37k. I think I ended up buying every Kane under 35k on the market and sold all for avr. 41k over the last 2 days. (I saw that many, many, many listed at 40k and went down to 39.75k at some point and all sold with the first listing lol but I had also many lazy buyer around 41-44k)

You can still do that with the current cards. Pro tip: Always check the top solutions and get your high rated cards based on that. 

A few also asked me how these SBC impact the fodder cards and the answer is very simple. People start to “craft” but still need a few cards to complete the SBC. In the end, the demand for these fodder cards rise and stuff slowly gets higher. The smaller dip at 6pm was just panic from unexperienced traders trying to get out for no reason at all…

I know you are all here to make coins but please don’t push for any investments or trades. We don’t force anything, most of the time it results into some stupid loses.

If you are for daily profit, I highly recommend flipping! If its non-rare flipping, high SBC fodder flipping or Icon flipping doesn’t matter, all of them work! Just use the one for your budget. 

Low budget stuff is posted everywhere, if you are around the 10-50k area, take a look in the sniping channel, I will probably update the channel with some Ligue 1 and/or Serie A filter.
