UI Updates
Added 2018-12-19 20:41:21 +0000 UTCA screenshot showing the updated UI (available as of Beta 43). Now allows changing the color through the vanilla settings, backdrops behind text and other layout improvements.

Seems easy for me at full screen. But, you can adjust to other colors as preferred.
