One last Delay + More of what I'm working on
Added 2023-08-31 03:51:44 +0000 UTCAgain, I decided to delay the update because of not being satisfied with the amount of stuff I got to work on. It bothers me to do this again but I actually prefer to do this rather than publish something I'm not completely happy with.
However, there are a couple of things that I've already polished quite a bit and that I'm excited with how they've been turning around and I will share in this post.
Before I mentioned how creating situations where interacting with previously introduced characters would be probably too ambitious of a task, which still is. One of the ideas that I wanted to develop is: "A trigger where the MC can't directly look at another man's eyes or he will feel desperate to have sex with him".
The idea with implementing a "Trigger based Route" was mainly for stuff like this, where some triggers would be very intrusive, with some earlier ones being easier to manage than others.
With this trigger specifically, I'm implementing situations with casual encounters when travelling through the streets and entering stores with male staff. The main way I want these to trigger, is making it based around how horny the MC is. If the MC is calm, he will be able to remember and be careful to avoid it, however, if he is too horny, his mind he won't be able to be focused enough to avoid the Trigger.
All of this is already implemented, with interactions with some shop owners and the street encounters. However, another idea I wanted to implement and been toying around with is: Since this (And other triggers I didn't talk about) is an incentive for the MC to masturbate more, I want there to be some punishment along with each time he masturbated. Which could mean a shift in the main form of progression for the route or simply move it to a more flavor/cosmetic mechanic. Whatever it ends up being, I will have to decide sooner than later.
