Every other day you'd get at least 2 dudes trying to promote their "new album," saying they were musicians trying to put their music out there, and trying to charge you $10 for blank CD's. The other, more obvious one was dudes buying superhero costumes and hoping tourist families would come by and maybe they're kids would want a picture with Elmo & Bane.
