Their bodies are usually a dark color with their inner light being bright and enticing to attract mates. They prefer to come out at night to mingle in the moonlight and dash in and out of the shadows.
Sunspots
The day fairing cousins to Nightwisps, they like to lounge in the sunlight. They hide amongst flowers since their bodies are often brightly colored with their inner lights being dark to break up their silhouettes.
(I guess I made up a new species, I think they’re cute ❤️)
