VOTING RULES AND ELIGIBILITY

· All VOTER tier Patrons who have been at that tier in July, August, September, October, November, and December 2022 will be invited to vote. If you would like to be a VOTER, please sign up at the latest in July 2022 and stay for the remainder of the year.

· Those VOTER tier Patrons will be asked to vote in the days between December 10thand December 20th. Reminders will go out to all eligible VOTERS on the 10th.

· Each of those VOTER tier Patrons will be asked to make a Top 25 List for both Beautiful Faces and for Handsome Faces. You may choose to only vote in one list if you have no interest in the other.

· The vote will take place in MESSAGES. You will be asked to send a Top 25 List in the following format…

- Rank Number / Name / Country

- Rank Number / Name / Country

- Rank Number / Name / Country

· Your list may include anyone who was nominated throughout the calendar year of 2022.

· The Nominees will stop being posted in the first week of December.

· Sometimes, in the event that you want to vote for someone whose name you are not sure of… please send us a message with a link to the photo and we will let you know their name.

· Your Top 25 Lists may only have 40% (10 Places) from one particular country. This is to ensure that our mission statement of worldwide inclusion is met. You can still strongly support your country, but you must include others too.

· You must make a full list of 25. No partial lists will be accepted.

· At midnight (USA West Coast Time) on the 20th of December, we will end the vote and tally both overall Patreon Top 25 lists. An overall Top 10 for both Beautiful and Handsome will be created, with a maximum of 50% (5 Places) from one country. Those 10 Faces for each list will be published almost immediately on Patreon.

· From those 10 Faces, we (TC Candler and the Independent Critics) will include all 10 in our final Top 100 Lists, which will be published in our annual YouTube videos on December 27th.

· The 10 Faces chosen by Patreon will be included in the same order that Patrons voted for.

· Each of the 10 Faces will appear in a block of ten. 10th will be between 100 and 91. 9th will be between 90 and 81. 8th will be between 80 and 71… and so on. The winner of the Patreon vote will finish between 10th and 1st.

· Where those faces fit in the blocks of 10 will be determined by TC Candler and the Independent Critics.

· For the first time in the history of this list, we are handing over some control to a select group of supporters. We do not want this list to become a popularity contest, but we do want you to feel like you are having more of an affect. Have fun. Support your favorites. Try to voice your own opinion. We will look forward to hearing you.
