This isn't my operation, I just work here. All I do is make sure the change goes smoothly and that you don't hurt yourselves or each other. I've seen countless girls pass through here, in countless forms...usually dogs...and a lot of them try to pour on the guilt like this, so don't think I haven't heard it all before. It's not like I do a lot of follow-up, but as far as I'm aware, you won't be mistreated. At least, no worse than any dog is treated as a member of the family. It might be degrading at first but you'll get over it. Won't be long and you'll be thumping your hind leg up and down every time you get head pats or belly rubs...so chin up!
