⚠️Patreon's new subscription model + Apple/iOS Users
Added 2024-08-12 14:21:23 +0000 UTCI just received this new update about the new subscription model (because of Apple's new mandate) that from November 2024 onwards, all payments will now be moving forward with subscription billing.
For example: if you joined on February 12, you will be billed on the March 12 instead of the 1st of every month.
Now, the not so fun news. All new memberships made in the iOS app will have the 30% App Store fee applied. So if you're on Android or subscribing through a computer, this fee will not be applied.
⚠️If possible, please don't subscribe Patreon through their iOS app so you can avoid the fees.⚠️
As for now, billing will still be on the 1st of every month as usual until November.
