Added 2024-08-10 01:34:09 +0000 UTC"Sometimes I dye my hair to match my eyes. Probably need to dye it again now, since...y'know, all this. Anyway, my boyfriend picked up this pendant for me from god knows where. He said it matched my eyes, and at the time it felt incredibly thoughtful and romantic.
I wore it to bed, and the next morning woke up like this, a hairy skunk...yeah, it was quite the surprise for both me and him, and...in the process of freaking out, I kinda did what came natural in my new body. So we both got the 'full experience' right out of the gate. Took a while to clean up...anyway, all we can figure is that it was probably the pendant's doing, somehow.
I thought he would support me. It felt like we'd been growing so close, but he started getting standoffish, wasn't really reassuring me, y'know? When he didn't want to get intimate, I knew we had a real problem. I asked what was up, and he flat-out told me I stink. I knew for a fact that I didn't, aside from that first incident, and since then I clean myself incessantly. As a skunk I'm self-conscious as fuck, so I think I'd know if I stank. Not like there's anything I can do to convince him if he really thinks that, so we both broke things off.
