Help Me Pick the Raffle Date! (And sorry for the radio silence today)

First off, apologies for being quiet today. I was busy mapping out the future arcs for my stories, and... well, I got hit with a sudden burst of inspiration and ended up starting a new Bleach story XD. Hope you can forgive me!
Now, onto the important update. As I mentioned before, I'm holding a special raffle for you all.
The Prize: One free month of The Unrivaled King'S Throne tier.
My original plan was to hold it at the very end of this month (November 30th). However, I know some of your memberships are set to renew or end before then, and I absolutely don't want to exclude anyone from having a chance to win.
So, I'm leaving the decision up to you.
