Studying larger breasted natural women like Hitomi Tanaka, Rachel Aldana, etc helped with gaining some understanding. But not just drawing what is seen but trying to understand why they move the way they do. Pretty much goes for any other body part. And when in doubt, try to find references that can help solve a problem. This can stick to visual memory over time. Iam still learning though. As for figuring out sizing, that is more random. But I have a habit of making them a certain size in the sketch, then they gradually grow lol. You can compare the last two roughs of Mai to see the "growth" 😅
