Backlog/Ideas for NaNo

Beep, sorry for the week away. I'm actually somewhat sick so working has been harder. There have been a few more Plus Size previews I haven't shared, but they lack oomph, so I've been trying to work hard and finish the commission promptly so I can work on other things. I've got a bit of a backlog though.

That forever old now secret project I was working on can be worked on in full force again.

The Menagerie series is behind, I think I've missed at least 2 dates on the original schedule. At this point Rosie as a concept may need to be backburnered and I pick something new for the next one. Something simpler just to get back into things.

There's the 3 part anthology of the Menagerie workers, the first part "Sins of the Past: Zyanya" is at about 22k and barely half done. Then the other two parts "A Hero: Kasumi" and "Abandoned: Materia" will be appropriate novellas by their own right. That will be Patreon exclusive for an indeterminate amount of time when done, as well since I didn't get enough "Tales from the Menagerie" commissions as I would have liked for November, that may be my NaNo project. OR...

I had an idea for a new series. I don't wanna say too much about it, but call it a "fun little gay romp" type series. Brand new character, with their own world and everything. This is the alternative NaNo project in absence of Tales.

So those 4+ projects are on the backlog. In addition to that, I've been talking about being on the team for a visual novel. I'll keep y'all posted on that as it happens, but it will be additional work in my pile when it starts up. As a teaser for that, here's art from the game's lead artist of Materia, who will likely end up as a secret character.

Is that all? I think that's all. I've been discussing some Moxie's Mods updates for the coming New Year. Basically starting her over in December, and potentially having Duo or other characters star in one offs that aren't just sex (getting some transformations of their own).

But yeah, anyways. Goal: finish this last commission (almost 30k word count is the estimate, so forgive it's been taking me a bit) before the end of November. Then pick the NaNo project. November will likely be a sparse month beyond the last major Moxie's Mods, just due to the focus and extreme scheduling required for NaNoWriMo. If I do the new project idea I'll try my best to post previews, but that may end up as time I don't have if I wanna win my first NaNoWriMo in a few years.
