Custom Story Status
Added 2021-02-04 17:15:55 +0000 UTCI'm taking my time getting the Custom Stories back because there is about a 50/50 chance that they could return to their original form, art included.
I am currently trying to teach myself HTML5 and Javascript with the hopes that I can convert my old Flash content into HTML5 images, thus allowing for the visuals to remain. I expect that the amount of artwork contained within the stories will be slimmed down a bit, but I'd like to do what I can to keep them.
In addition to that, I am CONSIDERING converting the Custom Story covers to 3D art. The PRO of this being that they just look better while the CON is that I personally feel it is a form of false advertising as well as a mixing of styles. Obviously the artwork contained within the stories will remain the 2D/vector style (if at all), so I'm not sure how I feel about it at the moment.
Feel free to sound off and sway my opinion.
