Ahem, Lancelot had an affair with Artoria's wife. I mean it. Artoria/Arthur never really blamed Lancelot, and forgave him without any judgment for his wrong doings. Making him literally go mad. Poor guy, I believe in one of many yet similar story's of him says he gave him to surrender while his love affair were running away almost outside of Britannia. Yet he was forgiven without feeling like he didn't deserve for such a crime he did to a king's wife.
