Getting your diaper changed during a set break at an outdoor music festival. It’s not normal for an adult to be getting a diaper change, but this music festival is full of a bunch of pleasantly high ‘live and let live’ hippie type folks. Most attendees don’t care and go on their way without bother, there might be one or two curious onlookers but they too eventually go about their own business, unbothered.

He goes on play-dates/weekends with different types of Daddies (too stern, too dominating, hates cartoons, they are looking for a little, but he wants to be a dependent toddler) until he finds the right Daddy for him. Variation: A guy signs up for the Daddy4U app where you begin with choosing a basic profile and are allowed a certain number of dates (3). After each date, you can go into the app and make one change to your date's profile, which will affect them. (taller, hairier, more dominant) By the next date, the changes have subtly taken affect. Over the course of a week between dates, you can see how the change slowly changes them without the person realizing it. After the set number of dates, the changes become permanent. It never occurs to you that the app works both ways.

In the vein of the “saw movies “, A person or group of people wake up in a place with large, empty IV bags, knowing that all the extra fluid will cause them to pee. They are all wearing diapers that have been locked on with large readable witness indicators. They have to hurry through the house to find the clues that will lead them to the last room with the keys that will unlock their diapers before it’s too late . Each chapter could have a different puzzle/theme with escape room activities. The rooms are themed; cars room, building blocks room, high chair room where they have to eat all of the fiber loaded mush to see which one has a clue to the next room. at the bottom of their bowl. The more they wet, the more their pee mixes, with a dumbing down powder/chemical in their diapers. If the indicators reach maximum of saturation, they have been reduced to baby brains.(if you wanted a messy variation, their final act of adulthood would be involuntary filling their diapers. That would push their minds into a baby state) Plot twist at the end was that one of them was the daddy mastermind all along

Guy invites his buddy/group of buddies to his hunting cabin for a week. Every morning he/they find things have changed a little more, (Was the row of highchairs there yesterday?), including themselves(younger minds?). Until it's too late and they don't want to leave and stay with daddy as his boy/pup or both if it's a group.
