New Channel: Tulok the Cardbarian

For those who haven't heard it in the streams, we're working on a new content strategy to prevent burn out. Basically, in addition to making Elden Ring videos, I'll be making Magic the Gathering Content, D&D Content and Variety content on four separate channels.
This is all an attempt to not confuse the algorithm, but it comes with the added benefit of letting you follow only the content you're looking to see. You have NO obligation to watch any content I make you're not interested in.
That being said; I'm gonna like... give a crap about these videos. Quality standards will be high, because none of these videos really have to come out. It's pretty at will for me at the moment.
D&D content will be going up on Tulok the Barbrarian still, and I need to be VERY clear BUILDING CHARACTER IS NEVER COMING BACK BECAUSE MAKING IT MAKES ME DEEPLY UNHAPPY. The good news is, I think the real "ride or die" Tulok fans preferred a different kind of D&D Content. Moriae 2: More-Iae is in development. As well as some general DM advice type videos.
The Variety channel will be launching sometime in October, starting with Another Crabs Treasure, then Astrobot and Kingdom Hearts. After that no plans.

Absolutely. I love the witty banter but it's been clear that it's been less fun to make for a while, and as a viewer I really want to see you having fun doing what you do. I'm super excited to see what kind of Magic content you have planned.

I've avoided other channels doing Magic content (except the little Kyle Hill has done) because I'm not buying lots of cards just pre-cons and maybe a custom deck later on, but this I think I'm excited to watch. I'll be honest, I'm going to miss Building Character, but if it doesn't bring you joy, I totally get it and respect you for dropping it. That said, I'm looking forward to more Moriae content for sure!!! And anything else you want to throw our way on the D&D channel!!!
