My take on the end of this episode is that everyone's at fault (except for Tien. I don't like the boy but he's the innocent one of the four). Though I will say Patts might be the least at fault if we're taking score. Tai shouldn't have lied, especially when he's finally suspecting that Lomfon likes him and might confess. Not only that, he lied twice to Patt. There is no excuse for that whatsoever. Despite the fact that he had a lot to process, he could have still said a little more to Patt and tried better to calm him down...even if he wasn't in the best head space to talk about it right then and there. Patt had every right to be upset. Tai lied to him, but he's kinda at fault here too. He already knew that Lomfon's infactuated with Tai. Lomform told him that he was also Tai's soulmate, yet Patt didn't share that with his boyfriend. He should have, and he and Tai could have discussed it before things got this far. Patt knows that Tai has a lot of hang ups about the soulmate thing as it is. So, naturally, Tai's in shock and not handling the situation well at all. (Also, why was Nara with Patt???) To make matters worse, you do not show up to talk/argue drunk. Drunk logic never makes anything better. Lomfom is pure trash panda. Even if he is trying to sort out his feelings, he knows Tai is in a relationship. The entire day they spent together was planned. He was waiting for it to rain and likely banking on the fact that Patt probably didn't tell Tai about their conversation regarding the soulmate situation. He waited for the rain and took advantage of Tai's shock to kiss him. That's calculated and not okay. Also...why has no one really talked about the fact that Lomfon could hear Patt as well and apparently the hearing loss is gone????

2023-07-04 21:38:57 +0000 UTCI understand folks taking issue with how Patt expressed his anger in the end, but even then, all Patt was looking for was reassurance from Tai, even after Tai lied to Patt about even being with Lomfon that day and that kiss. Patt told Lomfon stay away from his boyfriend, and Lomfon not only still did, but then kissed Tai and Patt saw that kiss...now I'm not mad at Patt for that reaction after seeing the kiss. Also I don’t recall any thing like this from Patt that would at least make it seem like a pattern, but no it hasn’t. Pat has been nothing but patient even if you think about him going the 2 years where Tai ignored him. This incident and reaction wasn’t in a vacuum 🤷🏾♀️

2023-07-02 04:31:16 +0000 UTCI honestly don't know who I want to slap more, Tai or Lomfon. Lomfon for hurting baby boy Tien, or Tai for being totally obtuse with Pat. First Lomfon, after Tien took care of you and everything. Dude you the one said you don't believe in soulmates, now you're all gunho about Tai being yours...smh. Also, Lomfon didn't you hear BOTH Tai and Pat. He left that bit out when he talked to Pat. So Lomfon felt some kinda way about Pat warning him away from Tai, ya know Pat's BOYFRIEND...what did he expect for Pat to be all..."ookk cool...we are both my BFs soulmates...cool" Then Tai, first of all ya lied when Pat asked you where you were. Also, Tai...my guy...that "photoshoot" lunch with Lomfon looks suspiciously like a date...smh Then after Pat saw ya kissing Lomfon, all he asked was what did it matter about soulmates, ya love Pat right...so should be an easy thing to choose, ya barely know Lomfon. Like all Pat needed was reassurance...and then getting all verklempt when he said "maybe we should breakup" when a obviously drunk Patt said "fine we should break up"... the only person I'm not made at is poor baby boy Tien...he ain't hurt nobody... also of course Patt would ask Tai if he loves him...I mean it was glossed over but for 2 entire years Tai ignored Patt's voice in his head as his soulmate...

2023-07-02 04:27:44 +0000 UTCI think to Tai, his silence is suppose to tell Patts that he chooses him. But Patts needs the words to be said out loud. Also no one has brought up the fact that Patt could hear Lomfon before Tai broke their destiny-soulmates thing. If you remember from ep 2, (timestamp 6:15-6:45) when his father was leaving the house, his mom stayed quiet and just sat there without any emotion. Tai got angry with her for her silence in the situation, but can’t understand why Patt needs those words to understand what their status is in this new situation they find themselves in now that a new contender has entered the story. Tai is hurt b/c he feels Patt should know he loves him, but Patt is scared b/c Tai has always held the Soulmate thing up on a pedestal and now that Lomfon can (could) hear Tai while it’s raining, will Tai’s heart waiver or will he doubt the Soulmate thing. They need to talk without the anger flare ups. And they have to use their words and not just assume the other person knows what your thinking. Biting my nails til next week.
