Q. I haven't seen fan-only posts since the beginning of January, why?
A: The support you receive through FANBOX is updated monthly. If the billing process fails at the beginning of each month, your support will be suspended and you will temporarily lose access to content you were able to see before. Support through convenience store payments will also be suspended if the support period has expired.
If you encounter an error on the payment screen when restoring support, it may be best to try another payment method, as the problem may be with your first payment method. If this does not solve the problem, please contact FANBOX/PIXIV official website using the inquiry form.
Q. The message "Payment is processing" is displayed on the screen and I cannot change the plan.
A. Payment processing will occur between the 1st and 5th of each month. A "Payment in progress" message will appear and you will not be able to change your plan until the payment process is complete.
