For all the hosts, what are your guys' best strategies/methods for dealing with anxiety/stress? I'm 21 (22 in December) and have only recently within the past 9 months or so started experiencing severe anxiety. Similar to Woody I was a shithead about school for the longest time. Now that I've begun to prioritize it and actually get off my ass; my anxiety and stress have gone through the roof. Writing things down and making lists of vital shit and general thoughts has helped moderately, and I only smoke [weed] now after I've gotten everything done for the day/evening. Somehow though, I still feel like there's always another 18 things coming down the pike. Rogan had a quote akin to "it never ends" basically saying there's always going to be something more to do, so I get I need to mature and learn that's life. Would very much appreciate your guys' thoughts and ideas on how you go about quieting your minds.

@everyone Big fan, (please keep this anonymous). I’m currently attending my first year at a university (transfer student from community college). My current living situation is in a small co-ed hall (about 30 people). Here’s the situation, there’s a girl in the dorm that has shown interest in me (cuddling on occasion, I’ve seen some private texts about me). She’s a great girl and I really like her back, but here are my issues. 1. The don’t shit where you eat rule. I’m worried that it will be like living with someone you’re dating immediately after you start dating, and then if things don’t work, the place I’m supposed to be able to go to relax is now awkward. My second concern is that she recently (as of a few weeks ago) got out of a seriously year + long relationship. I should note I’m not really interested in hooking up or casual one night stands at this point. So my question is this; should I pursue this girl despite my worries or do the negatives put weight the potential positives? Thanks guys, long time fan (since the 100’s)
