What were your thoughts on Thepodcastshow? The older podcast wings was on. When it was running, pka rarely mentioned it and almost seemed like a competitor. Did it seem that they were copying pka? Now that tps is gone was there some mixed feelings when it was on? I really liked tps and I’m sure 90% of that show’s watchers were pka fans. Was there any worrys of viewership dropping if mentioned? Also get one of the tps hosts on pka to spill the beans on the back show drama.

Advice on Switching Jobs Not sure if you read these before the show or not, so if my question is too long winded please feel free to summarize it for the show! Woody, I remember you mentioning in a previous podcast that you frequently jumped around from job to job early on in your career. I’m 23 years old, and in a situation where I’m strongly considering changing jobs. What is the proper etiquette or way to go about pursuing a new job? Background: I currently work for the company that I interned for during college, so I don’t have any experience quitting one job and getting another. I like my job and have a good relationship with my boss and coworkers, so I don’t want to burn any bridges if I don’t have to. My job is very technical and there isn’t anyone at my company who could fill my role if I suddenly left. I don’t want to screw over my boss and coworkers by leaving unexpectedly. If I were offered this other job, then it would take at least a month to find, hire train my replacement. Like I said, I have no experience switching jobs, so I don’t know how accommodating companies typically are with their time frames for starting at a new position. Question: How do I tell my boss that I am going to apply for another job? Should I apply and not say anything unless I get an offer? I’m worried that it would be awkward and hurt my standing if I said I was applying for this other job, but then didn’t get it and had to stick around. If it matters, the new job would be working at Uber HQ in Chicago and I currently live in Washington state. Any advice from any of the hosts/guest would be greatly appreciated.

Over the past month and a half or so I've been extremely lazy in terms of pursuing and furthering my career goals (record producer). I know the things I should be doing (making music, networking, active on social media, etc), but I still always find myself pushing it off till "tomorrow" which never happens.
