The way you gave life to that idea of something completely different, but deeply known through stories from long ago, was beautiful. The voice, the breath, the Aloof and curious spirit. Magic. In Finnish myths Otso the bear rules the forest, the world of spirits, and I'm feeling this deeply.

But I swear I was crying when Brennan was describing how Suvi cast her spell with the same very cloak given by her mother. Incredible stuff, y’all, and I haven’t even gotten out of the children’s adventure yet. You guys rock.

I finally got them most intensely when Grandma Wren said he had to pick a guise that would work as long as he wasn't in direct sunlight.My suspicions were confirmed when Erika literally said the words out loud. My imagination is running on all cylinders when Brennan sets a scene, painting a picture in a style I've only scene images of on social media.
