Separate audio is the same way we've been doing things. The new tool we've been playing with, Woody was 30 minutes late to start it and when he hit stop it crashed for everyone but it may have still gotten all the tracks and is just taking a while to process and upload them. For example when last week crashed, I still had Kyle's full 4 hours separate audio track and it sounded great. If this is successful, I will compile them together and send you a couple different versions to listen to to receive feedback on (even though like the first 30 mins won't be there)

So the program worked (for everyone except Woody, I got everyone else's tracks successfully) and I think I can tell a difference (haven't compared to the video recorded audio but I bet there's an even bigger difference compared to it. Track A (has auto audio leveling done & a noise gate) & Track B, I want you guys to listen and pick which sounds better & feedback. Comparing the first minute of both, I def notice the leveling helped a lot to me and the noise gate doesn't pick up on someone taking a breath. But give it your own listens and also compare it to the full audio from Woody's video recording too and reply to this thread and give some feedback please.
Also on Saturday when the podcast goes public (or Sunday). I am going to post all 3 audio recordings to the subreddit to get a bigger pool on the feedback to the new audio, just want to give you all a heads up now.

I preferred B but I was distracted by the lack of Woody audio to make a definitive decision.
