Love is to blame, the girls are innocent! Kawi is a great brother and a very nice man, but he's kind of weak and slightly cowardly. Traits he clearly inherited from his mother. Both stand by the side and offer weak protests that ultimately go nowhere, because they don't actually try to stand by them, they back down the minute the father looks their way. Conversely (and to my great amusement), both Rak and Nene seem to be more like (their?) father. Both are independent minded and have strong wills. They don't back down when challenged by a stronger figure. It actually seems to fuel their determination. Nature vs nurture is always so interesting to me. "Munch, munch, crunch, crunch" is kinda insane, Nolan. I was laughing as hard at Jericho,
