Okay, theory. She's not Marco's daughter, well she is put she has two personalities. One is the sister and the other is the daughter of the monster arm. It's influences mixed with Janna's dark magic to create the other personality. That personality has been manipulating everything and using her through her own lonelienss for her own ends. Probably even manipulating the Marclipsa daughter too.
