I've experienced the same. Following Heather's path seems to remove Olivia's and the Cadence/Decima threesome paths. At the very least, if those two have not been advanced at all; I'm not sure if it applies to other instances. Something about Heather's route must be breaking the list of options. Edit: Specifically Heather 3.

I've been doing play throughs as well and so far I'm unable to recreate this. I'll keep trying though, and I'll let you know if i figure it out.

I did it all through on a fresh save. the Candace/Decima removed itself after all 3 scenes were done, and Olivia and Heather disappeared after I completed Heather 2.

Ok, I did find the glitch in Heather's story, fortunately it was just that heather 2 was accidentally named heather 3. I'll wait for the next update to push that since there's no new content or anything. The characters missing from the scene menu are much more confusing. The scenes in question are Cadence/Decima and Olivia, right? I found out that one of them had a glitch that removed it from the menu after you finished all 3 scenes, but if they never appeared in the first place, it must be something else. The only other thing I can think of is that if you were loading an old save, you might have already passed the point when the scenes get added to the list. For reference, those scenes are Main 2 which adds Olivia 1, and Cadence 2 which adds Cadence/Decima 1

I'd guess that it's because it jumps from Heather 1 to Heather 3, then after 3 it tries to find the text for 4 but since it can't it freaks out.

Tried with a fresh save and it looks like a bug after Heather 3, maybe because it skips from Heather 1 to 3.

Found an issue. I'm on Day 19 and it seems like the story selection broke. Relaunching isn't fixing it.
