Reward characters for Oct 2019

Her popularity has always been high, and I've received a lot of requests, but I couldn't solve some problems so I put this off.
But now she's in the final stages of adjustment.
If you know her from my past work, you will notice that her hair has already changed.
My work is not finished yet and it will probably take about a week from here.

It's easier to understand your English than translate the Japanese tutorial in your blog. Google translate makes a poor job at that.
