No reason for this, just wanted this man to lay on a couch, lounging with not a thought in his head but crimes and how to look hot. Three versions of him for three slightly different vibes, though I am personally obsessed with the fuzzier, dreamier feeling I get from the first version. The clarity of the other two is more in line with what I usually do though.
This was my reward for finishing work early and I think it was well worth it haha
I also got to use a newer brush I got for line art! It's similar to the technical brush I adjusted, but with a bit more grit and a little less pressure sensitivity. Personally, I love it for less stressful work. As much as I love a brushy and airy pencil brush, it gets tedious. There are times I just want to be bold with my lines and honestly, those times are becoming more and more frequent as I get used to foregoing complex under-sketches. Most times, it's not all that necessary to have too detailed of a sketch for me to go straight to line art. Sometimes I find myself with stiffer art if I spend too long on a sketch, like fixing it just makes it worse haha. I'm trying to get better at letting a sketch go if it's not working for me. It really is quicker to entirely redo it rather than salvaging it.
