When I worked at Sykes (now foundever or whatever) outsourcing for AT&T (which was also terrible, so 2x1) we used to have plastic ball fights (like the ones in children ball pits). It was super annoying because they didn't say anything like "hey, ballfight time". No, they just turned the lights off and started throwing them. In this particular centre we also had to do soft sales, like people would call for their bill (extremely high prices bc AT&T) and we would have to try to make them happy AND sell them more crap like more phone lines, or DirecTV or whatever. That was pretty annoying to do, and so a guy was closing on a sell in the middle of a ball fight and one of the balls hit the hang up button on his Avaya. He tried to call back but to no avail. The guy lost his sh!t and started yelling at the managers and saying that he wasn't there to play, he was there to make money. Ball fights ceased after that and I think most of the people were actually thankful for it (I hated that job so I kinda liked it, but I also still lived with my parents and was 18 y/o at the time. In retrospective I'm glad they stopped the ball fights)

I absolutely had the issue where someone delivered food to someone else's apartment and they at least took it from far enough away that I figured out which neighbor's porch it was on but then having to run down and across the street to basically "steal" my food off their porch was terrifying.

I feel like this dude's trying to mix the vibes of Timothee Chalamete and Jeremy Allen White, but he's majorly off base

Who were they talking about ordering too many pizzas and then not enough pizza?

Samantha Shrader

SB eps with Kurtis are absolutely some of the funniest

Samantha Shrader

Wait until Kurtis finds out that that Northernlion made that exact George W. Bush joke while playing Jackbox

VLF Studios

The song he used for the weird car bit is "Call Your Mom" by Noah Kahn and absolutely not a romantic song too which made it feel even more off to me lol

Reilly Manos

y’all legends for always having captions like i truly can’t thank you enough lol

when my sister was in middle school her friend accidentally shot her in the eye with a nerf gun, her retina detached and my parents had to immediately drive her out of state to get her emergency surgery or else she would’ve gone blind in that eye💀crazy shit

i am friends with the "fancy treat boy" and i'm so happy that you guys saw this. i think postingforever had an issue with some of Ben's political views (unclear which, i think they called him a zionist which he isn't). postingforever also seems to be just fucking unhinged, people started calling Ben (a jewish man) a nazi because of the whole thing

Gianna

love the yearly kurtis check-ins :,) seeing him reminded me that Kel Lauren is returning to youtube and I feel like they would be an amazing guest on the show if they're ever in LA!

I had a genuinely visceral reaction to the "going down" bit. I don't think I can handle this level of cringe. Like as an og smutty fanfic reader it is so much worse aloud than reading it!

The bit from the main episode about not understanding lyrics until you got older reminded me of the journey I had with the song "Out in the fields" by Gary Moore. I loved it as a tiny kid who knew no English and then when I was around 8 or something like that I listened to it with my now very basic English skills and one of the only things I understood was the refrain: "Death is just a heartbeat away" and I remember having the thought of: "Wow, I listened to this when I was little?" because in my head this line was basically telling you, the listener, that you could die at any moment, which was pretty threatening to me. Then at some point later I listened to it and realised that that's not what it's about at all, and I finally looked it up and learned that it was about the troubles in Northern Ireland
