More bug fixes.
Also added a new feature to support customization of textured materials. There are 2 new tail outfits that make use of this feature.

Changelog:
- Added UnitData.availablility.versusMode.randomizeOutfits flag, defaults to false
- Added color customization for textured materials
- Added 2 stripped tails, wolf_tail_2 and cat_tail_2 that makes use of color customization for textured materials
- Fixed a animation effect bug that caused things like attacks triggering twice and other weirdness during grabs
- Fixed the combat ability grid not being hidden during grabs
- Fixed AI being able to guard cancel staggers too well (such as from being parried)
- Fixed new male recruits not spawning with p****, older male recruits may need reattachment in the Dresser
- Fixed character selection in Dresser only displaying Lvl. 1 instead of character's actual level
- Fixed Versus mode recruitables not saved properly in certain circumstances
- Fixed THROW_TARGET type grabs dealing infinite grab Damage
- Fixed exhibition opponents not picking random level ups correctly
- Fixed dirless special key input not handled properly (such as from breaking restraints)
