To enable cheats in Versus Mode, input the same command as in previous game.

I have copied the relevant sections here for your convivence:

When you press the F1 key, you show see a black console box popping up at top left side of your screen. Press F1 again to close it.

The first thing you need to do to access all the cheats is to type in this and press enter. If you do not, all the commands below will return "Unknown Command."

Then once in combat, you will see a little box pop up called "Cheat Menu." Simply press the true/false button to enable/disable the specific cheats.

The current cheats does the following:

firstPersonMode: enables the experimental first person mode.
firstPersonModeOnlyInGrabs: requires firstPersonMode on, if this is on as well, only tries to use FPV when grabbing/grabbed
grabMadnessMode: high chance to either switch to a random grab or the grab target will do an reversal at end of each grab
freeForAllMode: all other characters treated as enemies
extendedPlayerGrabs: increases the grab duration applied by the player team by x3 (and increases damage proportionally)
insanePlayerDamage: increases physical damage done by player team by x100
freezeEnemyAI: disable enemy AI, can be toggled on and off during match if you want a timestop-lite effect

By the way, the cheats here mostly work for Versus Mode too. For example, you can use the recruit_unit command to add a customizable character to the roster.
