New patch is here! This patch introduces a new enemy group as discussed in this previous post. The other major addition is the unit assignment feature as discussed in this post.
Beyond those new features, this patch also introduces a bunch of tweaks and bugfixes:
The most controversial change of this patch might be the disabling of the auto rallying mechanic. This change, combined with the Evil Organization Elites( which are tougher than enemies introduced previously) makes the game considerably more challenging than it is previously.
The motivation behind this change is not to make the game harder, but more so that I found the auto rallying mechanic is no longer needed. The original purpose of the mechanic is to provide opportunities for enemies to start grabs, even for those without any "Grab" card.
However, since then, the game introduced many other means for enemies to start grabs, ranging from the Auto Grab from attacks on disabled/KOed, to Encoring mechanics, to voluntary welcoming grabs from Beckons, I feel it is the time to obsolete the auto rally mechanic.
But of course, this also has the secondary effect of making the game harder, so give it a try, let me know what you think.
