V7.52 - bug fixes

Hotfix build. Fixed the following:
- Fixed incorrect EXP value bug after leveling
- Fixed Block only removed 1 stack at a time
- Fixed losing all cards from leveling up after changing item during a mission
- The Block shield icon will now only appear if unit has block
- Select Mission mission descriptions will now only show up after the player selects a mission
