A galaxy in leo- NGC 3521
Added 2021-04-29 19:36:44 +0000 UTCThis is data captured by a fellow astrophotographer- Greg Turgeon. He was kind enough to share his data so I took a crack at processing it. This is a spiral galaxy, which has a distinct ghostly shell around it.

2021-04-29 20:18:41 +0000 UTCIn EL5 how in the world does the original picture get processed into the final picture? Is the final picture actually what it looks like if I was close enough? How do you bring out such detail from such a dark picture? Genuinely curious. Looks great btw.
