[Magister Decree] Sep 2019 : Idea Suggestion

This month theme is [Cartoon]
Let me clarify
- The character you submit have to be a cartoon character
- Anime character is not considered a cartoon character
- 3D CGI is not considered a cartoon character
- Stop motion puppet is not considered a cartoon character
- A character has to be created for cartoon TV show or movie. For example, Batgirl has appear in animated TV series but she's originated from comic book. Therefore, not allowed for submitting
GREY AREA
- I will allowed some character from a show where the TV series is vastly more popular than other source. For example, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle TV show is more well known than it's comic book origin so a character from TMNT is allowed
- Grey Area character will be consider in case-by-case basis
Submission period will last for 3 days
