Tiana Commission - Progress

This is inspired by a scene from the movie where Dr Facilier tries to make a deal and offer with Tiana, tempting her with her wish about getting her own restaurant. In this instance the price was her feet though and Tiana took the deal.
The feather boa that she is wearing is used to hogtie her and a feather just like the one in her hair is being used to tickle her poor feet. 😄
