NEW DISCOVERY: thanks to the Necalli swap requests above, now I know that his Halloween and CPT costumes if they are swapped to either C4/C5/C6, the V-Triggered static hair issue doesn't happen at all (still not sure why this can happen though, but atleast this is a good news, right?).
