Akasha's storyline has been expanded into sleeping with her a bunch of times to build up a sort of a favor. At 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40 times, you'll get a memory crystal that will give a little of her backstory as well as the Succubus'. It'll also unlock a small scene with Trish at 40 times. The reason you need to sleep with her so much is that this is supposed to be one of those Do-it-over-the-course-of-the-entire-game quests. It's nothing mandatory, but might be a factor in an ending or two.
Caroline's quest involves an extension onto the bodyswap scene with her as well as a new conversation with the succubus that goes into why the bodyswap works the way it does. There's also a Julia Sex scene while playing as Caroline.
