Y2K Faeries
Added 2024-10-06 06:00:04 +0000 UTCA rough thumbnail I drafted up for Illusen and Jhudora from Neopets. Tried to redesign their outfits to look more fashionable and ended up with these Y2K-inspired getups, so I thought of doing a web browser-inspired composition for both of them.
I didn't finish these because I think I want to take a more high fashion approach! Y2K is a good fit for the style of Neopets but I think I want to brand my art to be more "pretty" and aesthetic...but I don't know, I feel like this web browser layout is too cute to pass up.
Have I shown my high fashion version of Jhudora before? I wanted to do something like this, which to me fits the Jhudora better since her og outfit was a generic fantasy gown.
I feel like my high fashion Illusen would look close to if not identical to my Y2K Illusen (I like the idea of the velvet leaf-hemmed dress too much), so that's why I don't know about doing both a high fashion series and a Y2K fashion series. That and also I should probably not stretch myself too thin, haha!
