Moon Princess 3
Added 2022-06-12 06:01:01 +0000 UTCThe third look in my Princess Serenity dress collection! Based on her dress from the first Sailor Moon musicals starring Anza Ooyama.
Unlike other versions of the dress, this one is gold-tinged rather than white. The original is admittedly gaudy and costumey (in line with the rest of the musical costumes), but I always thought the wires circling her bodice were an interesting interpretation of the signature circles. I just gave the wires a more celestial theming.
As you can see, it's very different from the other dresses but given my style is it surprising that this is my favorite design?
This will be the last Princess Serenity dress for now, I'll work on the other dresses in my thumbnails during my next "sprint" - i.e. the period of time when I take an IG/Twitter hiatus but I'm furiously drawing behind the scenes.
