This was loosely inspired by the version of Serenity's dress from the Dracula musicals (yes, there were Dracula musicals, don't worry about it). I was especially enthralled with the ruffled collar and wanted to build on the layers of frills, but I think in general this dress captures Usagi's whimsy and innocent demeanor best.
