Better late than never! (April Update)

Well that was a busy month! Not only did I finally release the million sub special video (and the bonus version for Patreons) but I also released a new merch store full of new designs too! If I haven't mentioned already, your discount code should still work (it's PATREON10 if you need it!) and I'm really pleased with the feedback I've had in terms of quality of the products so far. People that had expensive shipping from my last store should notice this is now much cheaper (saving as much as $20 when shipping to Australia for example!)

Anyway, the channel had a bit of a rocky month, with views dropping nearly every day of the first half of the month, but these last two weeks we've been growing in daily views again which is great. I think the main reason for the drop was because of spring, and people getting outside in the sun- plus the Easter holidays are never good for YouTube views! Things are very positive right now though, with on going series' continuing to do just as well as games that are new to the channel!

My golden play button finally arrived, so there'll be a cheeky unboxing video of that coming as a bonus video soon and I was thinking of maybe doing a drum playthrough of a few songs from my old band Polarpoint as something different for you guys to see (maybe...)!

Finally the merch tier is going to need to be tweaked slightly... Basically Patreon's systems aren't very flexible, so in order for me to offer different designs for 6, 9 and 12 months of supports I'm essentially going to have to remove the Beavles one and restart all the timers... Now, I know some of you will be annoyed with this- particularly those that have only recently joined and haven't got their merch yet. So, if when the Beavles merch is removed you haven't got yours (perhaps you only had 1 or 2 months of support at that tier) then please message me and I will make sure you get sent one separately. The most likely situation for future is the 3, 6, 9 and 12 months of support designs will all be new, and the Beavles one will go on sale on the merch store. I can only apologize for Patreon's incompetence, but perhaps I should have also investigated what they can actually offer more carefully- so we can't give them all the blame!!
