Still feels surreal that this remake's happening, that it'll be adapting the manga much more faithfully with improved production values... my childhood's back, y'all, and I can't stress how emotional that makes me. Studio Lidenfilms made it looks so damn good, the artwork/animation are crisp/clean as fuck, and that makes me genuinely very excited for fights going forward.
I'll say it again, as it's important, I believe in the "separating an author from their works" sentiment, but I'm not downplaying what they did, a crime is still a crime and it was proven legally. I won't expect everyone to feel comfortable to watch this series, but I do hope y'all will give it a chance...
Current OP 1 & ED 1 > All OG OPs & EDs, it's my personal opinion, even with my nostalgia, but these songs are way more my speed. I mean, come on, Reol made an S-Tier Ending Song that could easily be an Opening Song!!
