(Arknights) Victoria: The Red Dragon's Oath Reaction

Not sure when this might take place, in relation to the main story's events, but with the execution of the recent Aslan King, this could change everything for Victoria. I do wonder if the Aslans waged a secret war to wipe out the Draco bloodline so only they could rule Victoria, or perhaps an inverse situation where the Draco's desire for conquest was their downfall, but either way, the sudden reappearance of the Dracos "should" restore the balance of power...
Still convinced the narrator was speaking "from experience," rather than just recounting a fairy tale about Victoria's origins... it felt almost too personal from him, but that could just be me. I do know certain individuals are essentially "immortal" in this universe, so it's genuine possibility.
I'd appreciate clarifications about symbolisms, or anything that might have flown over my head, so long as it doesn't spoil the main story, please and thank you!
