Annual Memberships

For anyone who may be interested, Patreon just enabled annual memberships. I have set the annual discount at the maximum 16%, which is two months free. I'm not completely sure how to go about enrolling, but I imagine it is through Manage Memberships. This seems to be a win-win for everyone.

The problem with that is that so many creators abandon their games, so it's a risky proposition, also a lot of people (not you) go dark for long periods of time, which is less than ideal. I appreciate the hefty discount though.

2020-08-19 01:49:49 +0000 UTCi've been supporting good creators for about 15 years now, most on patreon and some on other sites. there are a couple of creators I've been with for 10 or more years. it's worth it to me. I've also started, more than once, supporting what I'll call flash in the pan creators. They show up with a great game run it for a couple of months, and then disappear. That's what will make me reluctant to pay a annual membership. I don't mind paying monthly as long as new stuff keeps comingl
