Sure, Parents Day was peak hilarity, introducing Lum's Mother & Mendo's Mother, with the "lost in translation" & "let me finish my lines" gags... but c'mon, we all know the second half was the highlight, cause that was incredible. David Productions nailed it, the cinematography of their reunion with the fall leaves, the art/animation, and even the music was so well done that it got me feeling emotional...
I mean, I feel so unbelievably happy whenever progress occurs, but this was next level, cause Ataru actually realized how much he cares about Lum, to the point of breaking down into tears when she's vanished from his life. It was so, so good!
