Out of everyone, I kept thinking it'd be Nagomi whose most likely to die in this cutthroat maid world, especially after she earned the title of Lady Omoe by defying the ecosystem... the death flags were there and here throughout the series, but this outcome? It caught me so off guard, I can't praise how well it portrayed the suddenness of a horrific event like that, cause that was heartbreaking yet incredible to watch.
I bet it was Nagi who orchestrated it, so it's very likely we'll see Nagomi break her morals and seeks vengeance, which should be very entertaining so consider me hyped!
