NOTE: I had weird errors getting the script to work with this video downloaded directly from twitter. The video would play, but something was wrong with the encoding so there was no end time, and you could not go back and forth in the video nor would the script play at all. I strongly recommend using the re-encoded version I'm providing on my MEGA until further notice.
