Q:LHS - macOS Catalina Support

We've had multiple questions and concerns about Q:LHS Mac builds not running on macOS Catalina. There have been some changes to Mac's security, adding a few steps we'll need to complete to make Q:LHS run on Catalina. We will be making these changes to support macOS Catalina for Q:LHS v0.14, scheduled to release late this month.
