Quickie: A Love Hotel Story - v0.13 Roadmap

Hey All!

After the last Q:LHS release, we made a post outlining what we’ll be doing/focusing on for the release to follow. We’d like to continue this trend and let you all know what we’ll be doing for v0.13. Feel free to skip to the tl;dr at the bottom for highlights.

Q:LHS RELEASES

Firstly, our main focus moving forward with Q:LHS builds is to make sure we release them within two months of each other. We understand that anything beyond this is a bit too long of a wait, especially for patrons who are supporting us monthly. We feel two months is a manageable amount of time to fit enough new content in. Ideally, new  releases would return to a monthly occurrence, but unfortunately the game just isn’t set up for that just yet.

With that said, we’ve had to make adjustments to what will be added for v0.13. I know a lot of you have been looking forward to the re-introduction of Professor Belmont, but with everything else planned this release, we feel the workload is a bit too much to manage. The re-introduction of Professor Belmont has been postponed to v0.14.

Sara’s new heart events and Quickie Love Hotel invite scenes will now be the main highlight in v0.13. We know a lot of you have been asking for more Sara content, so we’re excited to finally get more in and see what you all think :).

The Quickie Love Hotel will be seeing a new Dinner Date Room, along with some adjustments to the management gameplay. The management gameplay is still not in a place we’d like yet, which we’re hoping to fix in v0.13.

TL;DR

• Q:LHS builds will be released no longer than two months from each other.
• Professor Belmont re-introduction has been postponed to v0.14.
• Sara’s new heart evens and Quickie Love Hotel invite scenes will now be the main highlight of v0.13.
• New Dinner Date Room will be added to Quickie Love Hotel.
• Quickie Love Hotel management gameplay will be further worked on.

We apologize to all the Professor Belmont fans that were looking forward to her addition in v0.13, but sadly the workload wasn’t feasible within the timeframe. We'll start a v0.14 content poll soon to decide what room will be added to the Quickie Love Hotel.

We’re aiming to release v0.13 before Christmas, so stay tuned!
